Product description of BD938 wear abrasion resistant pouring epoxy rubber liquid coatings:
Double components,all kinds of liquid,generate the elastic rubber after curing,with strong bonding force to the substrates,
high strength,water resistant,abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant,aging resistant.Can cast the elastomer workpiece of
various hardness and mechanical performance index according to users’ requirements.

Performance features of BD938 casting abrasion wear resistant epoxy compound liquid rubber coating:
1.Liquid,two components,it can be curing at room temperature or heat for curing,operation is easy and
casting is convenient.

2.Excellent in abrasion resistance,its wear resistance is the 3-10 times more than the common rubber.

3.Excellent in the mechanical performance,its mechanical performance of tensile strength,elongation at break and
tearing strength etc is much more superior than common rubber material.

4.The temperature resistance is -60-80 degree.

5.With good oil and grease resistance,chemical resistance.Excellent in the irradiation resistance,
Ozone resistance and low temperature resistance.

6.The hardness is optional,it can keep up the higher elasticity between the hardness of Shore A 40 to Shore A 95.

7.The colors is optional,the fundamental form is yellow,black,red.can also configure the specified colors
based on customers’ requirements.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the rust cleaning and coarsening processing on the pending-repair part,then clean it by cleaning agent or do the brush coating with special first coat based on users’ requirements,
the surface of mould should be coating on with the release agent.

2.Configuration:Make the A and B two components mix uniformly according to the specified mass ratio,then use it up within the
specified operation time limit.

3.Casting and coating:Make the mixed-up material be casting and coating on the pending-repair part,natural flow flat or floating.

4.Curing: it can be put into using based on curing for 72 hours at room temperature.

5.Machining:The part which hasn’t high size requirements can be casting,coating and molding directly,
the part which has higher size requirements should be properly casting and coating more thicker,
then do the machining process of milling & turning to be the specified size.

Storage:
This material is the general chemical,should pay attention to water resistance and fire prevention in the process of transportation
and storage.Stored in the cool and dry place,the warranty period is 6 months.

Packaging specification:
Two-component,25Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.
